An tasty chocolate sauce made with 4 simple natural ingredients.
Cocoa powder, liquid sweetener (I use maple syrup or agave nectar) coconut oil and a pinch of salt, it takes all of 3 minutes to whip together, just a small bowl and spoon required.
Perfect to spoon on the top of chocolate, maple and peanut butter icecream.
- 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 3 tbsp liquid sweetener (agave or maple syrup)
- a pinch of salt
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until really smooth, pop in the fridge for 30mins to thicken up as the coconut oil starts to solidify again.
- If it gets too hard pop it in the microwave for 10secs and stir.
